How billing works

All subscription billing is handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you started your subscription. Because of that, refund requests are usually reviewed and processed by the store provider rather than directly inside Lemonomics.

Requesting a refund

• Apple subscriptions: You will generally need to request a refund through Apple.
• Google Play subscriptions: Refund eligibility and handling depend on Google Play’s policies, and in some cases you may also need to contact the developer.

Refunds are not guaranteed, and eligibility depends on the store platform, timing, and local rules. If you are unsure which account was charged, it can also help to check your Apple or Google purchase history first.
